Chloe Corresa is the president of the Human Rights Committee. Chloe is a 16 year old born and raised in a Chinese/Spanish family in Valencia, Spain. She has attended multiple online and in-person MUN conferences in Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona, and The Hague, accumulating a total of 10 experiences. Model UN has helped Chloe become more globally conscious and develop crucial skills such as leadership. She looks forward to seeing how delegates discuss the topics at hand and hopes for a productive debate.

María Navarro

Chair

Maria Navarro Garcia is a chair of the Human Rights committee. She was born in Valencia, and has lived all her life there. She is currently in 10th grade, and has been in the American School of Valencia since Pre-K 1. Maria joined MUN in 7th grade because she wanted to improve her skills in public speaking and also because she loved discussing worldwide issues. After attending 5 national MUN conferences, she is able to say that she has developed confidence, leadership and most of all communication skills. Model United Nations has given Maria a great opportunity to be able to publicly speak without fear and made her debating skills much more improved. Ever since her first conference as a delegate Maria has always been interested in pursuing the position of chair as it shows another perspective of the debate and it is a whole new experience.

Irene Villargordo

Chair

Irene Villargordo Martínez is a chair of the Human Rights committee. She was born in Barcelona, but a month after moved to Valencia and has lived there her whole life except a year she lived in Switzerland when she was 4 to 5 years old. She is currently in 10th grade, attending her 12th year at the American School of Valencia. Irene joined MUN in 7th grade because she thought it would be an interesting and fun hobby. After attending 6 MUN conferences including MADMUN, VALMUN and BCNMUN conferences she can say that MUN has helped her develop confidence and better public speaking skills, also it has made her aware of the many problems that the world is facing. MUN has given Irene a lot of treasured memories, and she hopes that as a Chair she can make it possible for a new generation of delegates to be able to have fun and useful experiences for their daily life. For her, MUN has brought many new friends, memories and experiences. She looks forward to helping others do this too.
